Special clearance collar

On the left side you can see the disassembled genuine HLA.
Instead of the central plunger we set up a clearance collar.
You can see the example on the right side.

Usage: for Maruha’s camshaft
Length: 11.00〜13.00mm (every 0.05mm)

We remove the genuine HLA’s central plunger and set up the clearance collar.
By adjusting the length of the collar we can adjust the valve clearance.
We carry out carburizing and quenching not only for an easier grinding at the time of adjusting but for ensuring durability too.
