The brake rotor refreshing at Maruha is different from those at other shops. There are many cases, when only grinding is being carried out, but Maruha’s way is different.
When we talk about brake rotor refreshing, first of all we mean rust removal.
The rust lowers the radiation performance.
On the genuine rotor first we carry out blasting and then grinding. Finally we use heat-resistant paint (BLACK).
Especially in the case of the bench-rated type for the front wheel which aims for the cooling effect, the rust removal is very effective and the rotor’s original efficiency can be restored. A thorough rust removal is being carried out.
At Maruha we carry out blasting, rust removal and rotor grinding too. After grinding, we paint it with heat-resistant paint.
